I found the room management app intermittently unusable. The air conditioning in my room did not work one day. The temperature reached 28 degrees. The reception could not do anything because the system had crashed.

the location was fantastic for exploring. i could easily walk to monastiraki square and the metro. i also appreciated the quick walk to the acropolis. the staff was friendly and offered helpful information.
the smart hotel technology had a learning curve. it was difficult to turn off the balcony lights. i couldn't find a straightforward way to manage this function (it's a minor detail, but still).

i found the smart technology very excellent. the lights, ac, and curtains operated easily from a phone app. the location was also convenient for reaching the acropolis. there are plenty restaurants and bars located close.
the smart application was not working well. i noticed many faults.
